1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Coin Flapper mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

Coin Flapper is intended for users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

  • Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks.

  • Use the App in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair the App or its services.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may include access to third-party services (such as advertising and analytics). Your use of those services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of Coin Flapper and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Flapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
